Preparation Built Around Real Construction
NCSI offers focused preparation for Colorado licensing pathways, including G13 residential and G12 commercial. Instruction is built around practical understanding rather than memorization—the goal isn't just to pass an exam, but to build confidence using the code books in real construction environments.
Courses are taught by Matthew Pennington, a Colorado general contractor with more than 25 years of real-world construction experience. Instruction focuses on practical code application, plan navigation, estimating, inspections, and jobsite problem solving—not generic prerecorded content or memorization-based exam prep.
